Leaves are turning golden tones of red and yellow whilst my skin becomes tighter and drier.
During the winter you need to take extra care of your skin. Leaving the warm sanctuary of your own home, stepping into the varying weather conditions can be damaging to your skin. As can having a seemingly harmless hot shower. Whe exposing your skin to a dramatic changes in temperature your skin may seem dry, tight and itchy.
To prevent this I opt for daily use of Liz Earle’s Skin Repair which does an excellent job keeping my skin supple and hydrated. However if my skin has taken a battering from the elements I tend to turn to Liz Earle’s Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask when my skin needs it most.
It’s simple really, just cover your face in a thick layer of the mask and sit back and relax for 10 – 15 minutes. If you wanted to give yourself an extra treat pop two cotton rounds soaked with Liz Earle’s Eye Bright for the ultimate home pamper. Afterwards remove any residue with a warm soaked muslin cloth to reveal a moisture rich complexion.
Suffering with dry sensitive skin, this nourishing mask doesn’t irritate my skin and it smells amazing. As you have to apply a thick layer of cream to your face, I find the dispensing of the product could be a little bigger as it releases small amounts of cream. However, at least this does not waste this luxurious product.
So do yourself a favour buy some Liz Earle and keep your skin hydrated through these cold months.
